Question: Last year my fiance was accused of a charge he had a probation hearing that lead to his probation being revoked and him sent to prison few months later he had a trial for that charge but the charges was dismissed.he was supposed to go up for parole in Dec but the board said he was not applicable they girded him off the charge that was dismissed is that possible?
