Question: I was locked up in 2009 for a forgery charge was set a bond i made bail i went to court plead not guilty two years later i was convicted of another charge of something else i used the 1st offenders act now I'm about to go back to court for the forgery in 2009 my question is would i violate my 1st offenders because of the old charge that happened before i took my 1st offenders thanks
